Welcome to the Fidelity House School Age Child Care Program (SACCP). We offer programs throughout the school year, available to children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Fidelity House’s SACCP provides quality care programs for regular school days, early release. In addition, we offer full day programs for holidays, vacation days, snow days and all other no-school days.
This is our 25th year! The program was established in 1984 and is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
Philosophy
The School Age Child Care Program provides an environment which encourages the development of greater self-esteem and improves the skills of cooperation, sharing and independence.
Staff
Our program is supervised by Department of Early Education and Care qualified staff who are dedicated to the well-being and safety of the children. The staff is composed of college graduates and undergraduates with a wealth of experience working with children.
Vacation Weeks/Full Day Programs
Full Day programs run from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM on all school vacation days and most holidays. If you are interested in only the Full Day/Snow Day Programs, the requirements are as follows: a Registration form and non-refundable fee, completed EEC forms and a current Full Day Form. A Full Day Form is mailed monthly to registrants. These days are optional and not billed in advance. Payment is due by date of attendance.

Tuition/Billing 2009 -2010
A non-refundable $50.00 fee is due upon registration. Required EEC (Department of Early Education & Care) Child info forms will be provided upon receipt of this deposit and are due prior to your child’s first day.

Bills are mailed in advance monthly. If you choose to keep your child out of the program for any reason, payment is due. A two week notice must be given when taking the child out of the program or you will be billed for that period.
Extended Care
Extended care is offered until 6:30 for your convenience. The fee is $3.50 per 15 minutes after 5:30. Full Day Programs require payment at time of pick-up for this service.
Important Information
Please call Fidelity House by 1:00 p.m. on any regular school day (by 9:30 a.m. on early release days and by 8:30 on full day programs) if your child will not be attending for any reason. No credit shall be given for any absences, including illness, for any day(s) the child is registered. There is limited enrollment. Registrations are now being accepted. Enrollment is on a first come basis.
