Fidelity House is a non-profit community center.
We offer many programs for youngsters of all ages! Check out our Brochure for details.

Toddler thru Kindergarten Age

TOT TIME - Parents & kids time! Toddler - 4 years olds. 1 hour structured activity time designed to develop the fine/gross motor & social skills. Parent remains with child.

PRESCHOOL PROGRAM - The Preschool, now in its 33rd year, is open to children 2.9 to 5 year olds. Classes are offered weekday mornings from 8:45 - 11:45 a.m. and afternoons from 12:15 p.m.  – 3:15  p.m. The Pre-School is licensed under the guidelines of the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). PREKINDERGARTEN PROGRAM - This advanced Preschool program is offeredMon. through Fri., 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Registration for 3 - 5 days/wk. Brochures describing the program in detail are available at our office.

PRESCHOOL SPORTS - Preschoolers 3- 5 years old will be introduced to the basics of sports in a fun way. Different sports will be highlighted each week with fun games designed for gross motor skill development, group social skills and physical fitness. 

GYMNASTICS - Established program for over 20 years! Classes are offered for pre-school (ages 3-5).  Flyers describing the program in detail are available.

2nd – 4th Graders

ARTS & CRAFTS - Free drop-in program offered on Tues., Wed., and Fridays, 2:15 - 4:30 pm.Recycled materials are used for many of the projects. Donations welcome.

NOW UR COOKING - Kids 3rd — 6th grade Basic nutrition, utilizing math for measuring ingredients and how to make healthy food choices will be incorporated into this fun course. Located at the LARGE, modem kitchen at FiHo 2. 

GYMNASTICS - Established program. Established program for over 20 years!  Classes are offered for  2nd – 4th graders. Space is limited!     

WEDNESDAY GYM TIME - 2nd – 4th graders join a structured gym activity time from 3- 3:45 p.m. Membership or guest fee required. 

GIRLS in the HOUSE - 2nd – 4th grade GIRLS meet for girls only fun. FiHo girl Volunteer Club members organize games, activities & fun. 

GR. 2-4 SPORTS ACADEMY - Game fundamentals, drills & sportsmanship areincorporated into games. BASKETBALL is on Fridays & FLOOR HOCKEY begins on Tuesdays.

JR. CELTICS BASKETBALL - Basketball Program for 9 - 13 year olds offered on Sundays, 4:30 - 6p.m.  Instruction on basketball fundamentals and games will be incorporated into each week.  

MENOTOMY MANOR - Transportation is provided throughout the year to children living in Menotomy Manor. Parents are asked to call for further information.

TAE KWON DO- CHUNG DO - A Korean martial arts class that develops self-discipline, motivation and confidence through structured training. Flyers describing the program in detail are available. Offered for age 6 & up.   

THEATER CLUB - An opportunity to explore theater arts in a fun atmosphere! Activities will be geared to promote kids natural dramatic & comedic abilities, teach them theater skills while developing confidence and cooperation. Flyers describing the program in detail are available.  

BASKETBALL CLINICS - Tomorrow's Stars will be offering a coed basketball skills clinic for 7 - 14 year olds during December and February vacations. Flyers describing the program in detail are available. 

5th – 8th graders

5th GRADE ONLY TRIPS - Periodic trips offered for 5th graders only. Trips advertised in our weekly newsletter and Arlington Advocate.

VOLUNTEER CLUB - Grades 6-8. This is Fidelity House's Youth Board of Directors. Members help shape the future of Fidelity House, help out with varied activities and plan group trips.

FITNESS CLUB - Strengthening & conditioning weight training program utilizing fitness machines specially designed for 5th – 8th grade youth.

TAE KWON DO- CHUNG DO - Korean Karate class develops self-discipline, motivation and confidence through structured training. Flyers describing the program in detail are available.

BOOK CLUB - 6th - 8th graders who love to read get together to discuss books that they want to read. The club meets every other week on Thursdays 3 - 3:45 p.m.

POLAR BEAR FOOTBALL - Outdoor touch football games for 5th - 8th graders.

INTRAMURAL FLOOR HOCKEY LEAGUE - Floor hockey league for 5th - 8th graders. Games played on Friday nights & Saturday mornings. 

DODGEBALL LEAGUE - Dodgeball league for grades 5th- 8th graders on Friday evenings.  

AAU BASKETBALL - Basketball teams for boys & girls are organized for area youth to play in area Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) tournaments during the Spring. Tryouts begin in March.   

6th- 8th GRADE DANCES - Periodic Friday night dances for 6th - 8th graders.

High School & Adults

HIGH SCHOOL NITES - Periodic Saturday evenings, 7:30-10:30 p.m. Freshman/Sophmores welcome.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE - Thinking of working with children or a sports-related career your future? Opportunities to gain experience! Give us a call!

AAU SPRING HOOP - Fidelity House offers high school players an opportunity to play in A.A.U. (Amateur Athletic Union) area tournaments during the Spring season. Tryouts begin in early March.

MENS' BASKETBALL LEAGUE - Games played on Tuesday or Thursday evenings.

WOMENS BASKETBALL LEAGUE ‑ Games played on Monday nights.

ADULT VOLUNTEERS -  If you are available to help out short term/long term or seasonal, please call. 

SENIORS PASS IT ON - Senior Citizens interested in passing on a skill to youth, please give us a call.
