February Vacation Preschool/Prekindergarten Full Days

What to send daily
*Please send morning & afternoon snacks and lunch with your child each day. 
*a water bottle, 2 masks  
*clothing appropriate for outdoor play.  If boots are required for outdoor play, please send shoes for indoors.  
*Please send a sheet/blanket in a separate bag for rest.  



A minimum of 5 children per day will be required to offer program.  CLICK HERE for FEB. VACATION PRESCHOOL/PREKINDERGARTEN PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM and return to Fidelity House.   

Current Preschool school year Registration fee paid & EEC forms must be on file by date of attendance.  CLICK HERE if need to DOWNLOAD Preschool EEC forms.    In addition, proof of a flu shot is necessary for registration if not a current student.  AAll form are requested by February 10, 2021.  

Registration is accepted in the order received, and may be subject to available space in the program.  

Registrations must be received no later than February 10 or a $10 late fee will be added to cover the cost of last minute staffing and transportation.  

No credit or transfer shall be given for any day your child is absent.
