TRX is suspension training that works all of your muscles, including your core! You have the ability to make exercises easier or harder just by changing your foot stance, speed, or body angle. After completing two minutes on the TRX trainer you switch to a two minute cardio drill, NOT just running! There is plenty of variety and adaptions to accommodate everyone's abilities and interests!
