Ten One-Week Sessions

Fidelity House is offering a Preschool program for children ages 2.9-5 years old. There will be ten, one week sessions (Monday-Friday). Camp hours will be 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and will be held on-site at Fidelity House. There will be a snack time and lunch time.

Program Fees
1 Week = $120, Single Days = $26 a day**
**(2 day a week minimum required).

At Initial Registration:
Please fill out the one page registration form per child. A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per week (per child) is required to hold the spot. It will be credited toward the camp fee and is not an additional fee. Enrollment is accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Before Attendance at Camp:
Any BALANCE DUE for the upcoming week must be paid the preceding Friday.
A DOCTOR signed/MEDICAL (Immunization) RECORD and Department of Early Education & Care FORMS are mandatory & requested before your child attends camp. If child already attends our Fidelity House Preschool, the forms need to be current and dated within 1 year of attendance. ALL MEDICATIONS (short term/long term) require a medication authorization on file. Please request the form if applicable.
What to Bring?
Bathing Suit, Towel (must be worn under child's clothes)
Undergarments, sneakers and sunscreen
Snacks, drinks and Lunch
Program Activities
The Summer program will offer a variety of activities geared for the Preschool age child including:
arts & crafts
music
games
story time
free play
snack time
lunch time
nature activities
On warm days, wading pools will be set up in the yard.
Important Information

Please call Fidelity House by 8:25 A.M. any day your child will not be attending the program.

All articles of clothing, lunch bags/boxes, towels, etc. should be labeled with the child's name. All clothing must be placed in a plastic or vinyl bag also labeled with the child's name. Snack time is at 10:00 a.m. and lunch is from 11:45-12:15--your child must bring a snack, plenty of drinks and a lunch.

Parents must apply sunblock before you bring your child to camp. A permission note from the parent to the teacher is required before we may apply additional sunblock.
