General Information
Call for the August Adventure Day form to be mailed to you if you prefer at 781-648-2005
Adventure Day Programs include trips as well as age appropriate sports, arts & crafts, and games at Fidelity House. The program begins at 8:00 am and continues until 4:30 pm. Cost of the program is weekly. Extended Care is available until 6:30 pm and may be prepaid for a discounted rate each week. Extended Care for those not previously signed up will be provided at a rate of $2.50 per 15 minutes, payable at the time of pick-up. Theme days take place at Fidelity House and include a swim at the Arlington Reservoir. Field trips will include the following: Roger Williams Zoo, Castle Island, Water Country, Roller World, Nantasket Beach and more.

Registrations are accepted on a first come/first serve basis. Please note registration IS LIMITED and can fill up quickly.

Please check the weeks that your child will attend and fill out the form above. Deposits are required with the form to register your child.

A $50.00 Registration Fee per Week is required. The deposit is credited toward the full day fee, but is non-refundable. No exceptions. A $10.00 administration fee will be charged for weeks dropped or changed.

The balance of payment for the week is DUE by the PRECEDING Friday.

A 48 hour advance registration is required or a $10 late fee will be applied.

No credits or transfer shall be given for any registered days your child is absent.

Current Department of Early Education and Care Info Forms and Medical Forms must be on file by the date of attendance!
